We are pleased to announce the formal transition of stewardship for the Independent American Patriots Private Membership Association (IAP PMA) to THE PAMPHLET LLC, as approved by the remaining stewards and aligned with our Articles of Association, Charter of Rights, Bylaws, Ordinances & Expectances, and Membership Agreement.
Why This Transition? Low activity had left the PMA largely defunct, with ongoing costs covered personally. This private arrangement, detailed in the approved Proposal, secures the organization’s legacy, maintains our non-statutory private domain status, and injects sustainability through THE PAMPHLET’s publishing efforts. It is not dissolution, but a mission-aligned step to keep the flame of independence alive.
What This Means:
- Continued focus on education in the Founding Fathers’ principles, anti-federalist wisdom, self-sufficiency, cottage industries, and Private Town Halls.
- Integration of IAP content into THE PAMPHLET resources for broader reach while honoring confidentiality and private status.
- National Stewardship (President Lonny Ray Williams and National Secretary Leslie Brooke Williams) continues oversight under THE PAMPHLET LLC.
We remain committed to the Three Patriot Pillars and invite members in good standing to engage in Private Town Halls or propose ideas consistent with our Charter.
